Our Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is what Resolve is all about. Every session is coach-led, capped at just 4–6 people and designed to help you get stronger, fitter and more confident - whatever your starting point.
Instead of being left to figure things out on your own, you’ll follow a structured training programme that builds week by week. You’ll learn proper technique, lift with confidence, and actually see progress - without the intimidation of a big gym floor.
Each SGPT session follows a clear flow: warm-up, a main strength lift, accessory work and conditioning elements when needed. With expert coaches on hand, you’ll get individual feedback and the accountability that makes the difference between just working out and actually improving.
