Conditioning Classes


Our Conditioning Classes are designed to complement your Small Group Personal Training - not replace it. Think of them as the cardio boost that keeps your engine running strong, helps you stay consistent and adds a fun twist to your weekly training.
These sessions combine bikes, ski ergs, running, bodyweight movements and core work in a fast-paced, coach-led format. They’re tough, sweaty, and energising - but always scalable so you can work at your own level.
Conditioning Classes run in larger groups with workouts built around simple but effective formats like intervals, AMRAPs and circuits. Every session is about effort, energy and leaving the gym feeling better than when you walked in.
There’s no pressure to “smash yourself” every time—just a chance to move, sweat, and build the kind of fitness that supports your strength training and everyday life.
Conditioning Classes are a free extra for all our members - because we know that results come from consistency and frequency and sometimes that means an extra dose of sweaty cardio to round out your week.
