ABOUT RESOLVE FITNESS
A BETTER WAY TO TRAIN.
Resolve was built around a simple idea: great coaching, purposeful training and good people should all be part of the same experience.
We wanted to create somewhere people could train with confidence, enjoy the process and actually see themselves getting better.

Before starting Resolve, I spent years working as a personal trainer in a commercial gym. And there were a few things about the fitness industry that never really sat right with me.
I’d see people join a gym full of motivation, have a quick induction, get handed a programme and then be left to figure everything out themselves.
For a lot of people, it created more confusion than confidence.
But I could also see the limitations at the other end of the spectrum.
Group fitness classes could have brilliant energy. People enjoyed training together, the atmosphere was great and there was a real social element to it.
But I often wondered what happened beyond the workout itself.
Was there a clear plan? Were people progressing? Were they being challenged at the right level? Or were they simply turning up, working hard and repeating the process?
I knew how valuable proper personal training could be. Having someone who understands your goals, coaches your technique and holds you accountable makes a massive difference.
But I also knew how powerful the social side of fitness could be.
So why couldn’t we bring those things together?
That was the idea behind Resolve.
I wanted to create somewhere that combined the individual attention of personal training with the energy, atmosphere and community of group fitness.
Somewhere people didn’t have to guess what to do, wonder whether they were making progress or navigate their fitness journey on their own.
A place where the programming had a purpose, the coaching was personal and the people genuinely made the experience better.
And that’s what we’ve been building.
I’m proud of what we’ve created so far, but I genuinely believe we’re only getting started.
We believe training should be more than simply turning up and working hard.
Every session should have a purpose. Every programme should have a direction. And everyone deserves to know they’re moving forward.
Everything we do at Resolve comes back to three things.
01 — PROPER COACHING
Good coaching is about more than counting reps.
It’s understanding the person in front of you, knowing when to challenge them, when to adapt and how to help them get the most from their training.
Our small-group approach means you get genuine attention, guidance and support every time you train.
02 — PURPOSEFUL PROGRAMMING
We don’t believe in making workouts random just to keep things interesting.
Our training is structured, progressive and built around clear objectives.
We use research, coaching experience and member feedback to keep improving what we do.
Because the goal isn’t just to work hard. It’s to make progress.
03 — GOOD PEOPLE
Training should be something you look forward to.
The people around you make a difference. The encouragement, the conversations, the shared challenges and the feeling that you’re part of something.
We take our coaching seriously. Ourselves? Not so much.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PLACE
Good programming and great coaching matter. But so do the people you share the experience with.
It’s the familiar faces, the encouragement, the laughs between sets and the little wins that everyone gets behind.
That’s what turns a gym into somewhere you actually want to be.
And it’s a huge part of what makes Resolve, Resolve.

We’re big believers in strength training, structured programming and measurable progress.
Not because they’re fashionable or because they’re simply what we offer, but because there’s good evidence behind them and we’ve seen the difference they can make.
We’re not interested in doing things a certain way just because that’s how we’ve always done them.
We keep learning, questioning, listening to our members and looking for ways to improve.
Because ultimately, it’s not about defending a particular training method.
It’s about helping people get better results and enjoy the process.
The best way to understand Resolve is to experience it for yourself.
Come and meet the people, try the training and see how it all comes together.
